Becky

BeckyI was raised and graduated from high school in Anoka, Minnesota. I received my BA in elementary education from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.

Dr. Bob and I moved to Bemidji in 1980 to start his chiropractic practice. Community involvement over the years has included church boards, teaching Sunday School and confirmation, Girl Scouts, youth hockey to name a few.

In my free time I enjoy long walks, fishing, reading, golfing, gardening and going to our cabin on Upper Red Lake/

Caring for patients has been a very rewarding experience for me. Seeing first hand how chiropractic care has greatly improved the quality of life for many patients when conventional types of care have failed is truly amazing.

The Doctor Asks some important questions of interest to Bemidji residents - Chiropractor Bemidji The Doctor Asks...

Do chiropractors prescribe medications for the pain?
No. Chiropractic is a drug-free approach to better health. Instead, we rely on natural methods. We can show you how to use ice to control pain. When properly applied, ice can have an analgesic effect without the unwanted and sometimes dangerous effects of pain medications.
What can a chiropractor do for asthma?
Many people think of chiropractic as exclusively dealing with the spine. But I'm interested in the spine because it covers the nervous system. Problems in the spine can produce problems in the organs and tissues controlled by the affected nerves—including those to the lungs and bronchial tubes. Find out how chiropractic care has helped those with asthma.
